Section 240 Refund & Return Policy

Overview

At Section 240, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain products are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Non-Returnable Items Include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, or vinyl records that have been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@section240.com and send your item to: [Physical Address].

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: [Physical Address]. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
